Will Ryan – Will is an inspiring and thought-provoking speaker with expertise in primary
leadership, pupil creativity and curriculum design. He has over 30 years’ experience as a teacher,
headteacher and LA adviser. As a head teacher he led a school that prized itself on genuine pupil
creativity and was described by OFSTED as "outstanding". Will’s most recent books include
'Leadership with a Moral Purpose' and 'Inspirational Teachers Inspirational Learners'.
Andy Cope – Andy Cope describes himself as a "professional trainer, qualified teacher, author
and learning junkie". He is currently doing a Doctorate at the University of Loughborough,
investigating the science of happiness and positivity, and founded the highly successful ‘Art of
Brilliance' in 2004. Andy is also a best-selling author; he writes the ‘Brilliant’ range of self-help
books for adults and teenagers, and also pens the successful children’s ‘Spy Dog’ series for Puffin,
which has sold over a million copies.
