Diana Osagie has over 16 years’ experience of leading in secondary education and has been a headteacher of a school in very challenging circumstances.  She has a wealth of experience of developing and coaching school leaders at all levels and is the founder of The Academy of Women’s Leadership.  She specialises in supporting others to grow the leadership cultures of their organisations and to flourish as leaders.

Successful leaders have someone in their corner who understands and has overcome similar challenges. We all need an advocate and that is what Diana becomes when you work together, an advocate for your leadership.

Diana’s Four Tenets of Courageous Leadership will be explored throughout the day, including the Conquering of Fear and looking at Your Quadruple Self.

Previous participants on this course have found the day extremely powerful and encouraging as they made their next steps professionally or continued in their existing roles with a newly-found vigour!
