Full twist in to & out of seat	Progressions leading to forward & backward somersaults
Front & back landings	Observation & analysis
Complex twisting skills incl full twist into & out of body landings	BG competitions
Cat twist	Somersault biomechanics
Half turntable	Competitions
Cradle	Routine construction & tariffing

You will be required to attend on both days: 4 and 5 July 2022
