Online networking & CPD for primary starting Autumn 2020

Building excellence in your school:
Online networking & CPD for primary schools starting Autumn 2020

As lockdown measures ease we hope that, come September, we are able to see more of you face to face; however, realistically, "normal" is still a little way off, and for this reason we have taken steps to change the way we support primary schools through network groups by offering ONLINE meetings for 20/21 in (initially) five regions across Southend, Essex & Thurrock.

At each meeting there will be time to talk, to ask questions, help each other and to flag up science & STEM opportunities in your region.  There will also be a short CPD element to the session (1 hour).

The sessions are only £20pp to attend and we are currently offering schools the opportunity to 'subscribe and save' with our discounted subscription package - more information below.

CPD Focus: Preparing for a Science Deep Dive
With the arrival of the new Ofsted inspection framework for primary schools, the focus is shifting towards whether a school is teaching a broad and engaging curriculum to its children. What is the intent, implementation and impact of the science curriculum in your school? This session will take a look at what this actually means, and what your science curriculum could look like.
(Focus for Spring meeting will be agreed at this session)

£20pp per meeting for maintained schools - advance booking is required for each session.
