Dr Paul Hayman
Westcliff High School For Girls
Paul has been Headteacher at Westcliff High School for Girls, an Academy Grammar School, since January 2004 and was previously a Deputy Headteacher at a nearby boys’ school for just over 4 years.

In addition to requiring detailed pupil tracking with effective intervention systems, a great deal of emphasis is placed on continuous improvement to the quality of teaching and learning.
Paul has formed and established a MAT with 2 local primaries and 1 junior school. WHSG have also an established Teaching School Alliance (since 2012), become a Science Learning Partnership (2014) and recently become a Computer Science Hub (2019).
Paul has supported a number of schools both locally and further afield. This has been at the request of the schools themselves, the Local Authority or the Regional Schools Commission .
Paul has a tremendous amount of expertise and experience to offer schools. He is able to analyse data and overall school performance and offer advice and support to the Headteacher and Governing Body, as well as source appropriate , high quality support for the school.
