NPQLBC – Leading Behaviour and Culture
> NPQLBC – Leading Behaviour and Culture (Value £795)
For teachers who have, or are aspiring to have, responsibilities for leading behaviour and / or supporting pupil wellbeing in their school. Responsibilities may include ensuring good behaviour and a culture of high expectations and learning are maintained across the school.
The aim of the NPQLBC is to provide evidence which underpins successful leadership of behaviour and culture and provides participants with an understanding of how to put new approaches into practice.
Following completion of the NPQLBC, participants will have covered the following six areas:
· School Culture
· Enabling Conditions for Good Behaviour
· Complex Behavioural Needs
· Professional Development
The NPQ in Leading Behaviour and Culture is available to all teachers who meet the following criteria:
§ have, or are aspiring to have, responsibilities for leading behaviour and/or supporting pupil wellbeing in their school
§ are employed in state funded school or state funded organisation that offer 16-19 places in England
